New Cover Picture?

I just noticed that this cover picture for Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Kenkaku Romantan - Tsuioku-hen
has changed, which I haven't really seen in other anime on MAL. Does this happen often? Do you all like the new cover picture?

Damn, this new one looks worse...it's much less powerful than the old one :(

But yeah, it does happen often. They recently changed Holo's picture twice in a row even, cause the first choice was really bad.
