| Hi, i saw that the first 3 gen of the manga are in sale on amazon.ca. I am not very interested to read the original Red/Blue/Green/Yellow one nor Gold/Silver/Crystal one but only Ruby/Saphire/Emerald. Gen 1 and 2 Collection are $35 CAD each and $40 for gen 3. Can i simply skip for gen 3 or i will not understand the story ? Thank. |

| If you don't want to miss any detail no matter how vague it can be, it is suggested to go through from the beginning for this manga. The connections between each region are important to the plot twist especially at the end of RSE arc of this manga. |
