| Hello Mal Community! Which of the forums of this site should I use to ask for help in where to find a specific anime to watch? I don't mean "recommend me this type of anime" but rather "where can I find this exact series" Thanks :-) |
| There is a special "sticky" topic for that inside the "Anime Disussion" section, it is usually populated by folks really good at identifying characters / anime. The 'Help Identifying This Anime/Character' Thread (v7) The first post has some suggestions about how to find things with google images and such, and about what further information you could include in requests so they have a better chance to be helped. For manga there is a similar thread in the "Manga Disussion" section. good luck. ------------ EDIT : wait - if you meant "where can I illegitimately download / stream" some anime, I think this is now forbidden to discuss at MAL ... :| |

| I am not sure. Once I took a short hiatus from MAL, and after I came back I read other users saying that. But it seems plausible, now that MAL partnered with Crunchyroll, hulu and some third such service. |
