| The quick and simple reason is that the anime was never successful and never made it to mainstream attention. No one's really watched it. Many of those that have would argue that it's bad, and the people who disagree aren't very vocal about it. |

| From my understanding, the "Punch Line" is that this whole show was a front for a terrible Japanese/English multi-lingual pun: パンチラ -> Panchira, meaning panty shot パンチライン -> Punch Line The show also contains several instances of plot centric puns that probably wouldn't translate. Even as a "Dubs Fag" I'm not convinced this show would benefit from a dub, as TN notes would likely be required to convey the context of events. |
