I want to add lot's of anime to my ptw, but i don't want click 3 or more times

If you're asking for them to change the default from "watching" to "ptw" I totally agree with you. I think the average user has a good 50-300 anime in their PTW and only about 1-30 in their watching so it seems more logical to me that when you're adding something it's probably going into your PTW (I guess with seasonals it could make sense, but a lot of people put them on their PTW first anyway).
