Lolwut. Probably another bad company decision.
When people tell me to stream anime on CR instead of downloading from fansub sites.

It's probably the gore, but if they say it's because of the cowtits I'll be mad :(

Second episode had not enough Ryo-tats to warrant removal.

The production committee's probably going to release a statement soon saying something like "This anime is being aborted oh god what have we done".
"No, son, you may not have your body pillow at the dinner table!"

Oh, well, nvm then. I thought it was by the actual simulcasters for making such godawful translations.

Clearly, they're avid MAL forum readers and after seeing the rating of the show and reading the opinion of most viewers, they have bowed their heads in shame and decided to remake everything. There are rumors some have even committed seppuku and their ghosts haunt the studios but that still remains shrouded in mystery...

If only this were true.

This removal doesn't make much sense to me. I thought episode 2 was markedly better than episode 1, and they showed this on a preview before it aired too. I wonder if this means they're going to redo parts of the first two episodes? Or slam them into one?

The fact that episode 3 is still listed as up for tomorrow does give me hope that they've just realized how poorly built the first episode was and the second wasn't a good continuation, so they want to fix those and move on. Doesn't seem like they're killing the show (a good thing in my book).

The show is still continuing with new episodes so we know it's not the same as Regalia. Is it possible they're just planning to fix the first two episodes like splitting it into multiple episodes for it to pace and tell the story better? It will fix half their problems and they already got a lot of publicity from the first aired episode.

Whatever the reasons, if that will help the studio to improve the two episodes, I don't say "no".

Or they may try to play on the occult aspect by creating a mystery to the disappearance of these two episodes. It would be up to us to solve it. xD

What if the episodes are also unpersoned in Japan? My theory is that the Japanese and US government now decided that the first two episodes of Occultic;Nine are dangerous and must erase their existence, similarly to Electric Soldier Porygon.

A-1 Pictures caused the recent earthquake in Japan. After some environmental scientists watched the clusterf*ck first episode, they went mad and set off one of their research projects that caused the so called natural disaster.

Oh! This is an interesting news! You should circulate this information on the net.
This explains why the first episode was so bad.
So for forgiveness, A-1 Pictures removed the two episodes?

Just this case concerning the episode Electric Porygon is true? Is not this a disinformation? ;)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that was why Electric Porygon was removed.

Indeed, however, everything is proceeding according to their masterplan. A-1 Pictures has become notorious and that just means massive publicity.

It's that infamous episode of Pokemon that caused epileptic fit in many young viewers.

I have never talked to anybody who claimed to have seen it, or claimed to have anybody he knows been affected. But there doesn't seem to be a reason to doubt it existed.

Oh crap.

This worried me for a moment, but then I realize 1) I already watched the first two episodes. And 2) It doesn't affect what websites I usually stream this anime on, so I don't care.

What a to-do! I had watched when I was little too. (Around the age of 6 years) I do not think I had any signs related to epilepsy. :o

Crunchyroll's put the first two episodes back up. The real question is - what have they changed?

I did a side-by-side rewatch of Episode 1, and really couldn't notice any difference at all (even the gore and everything is still just as in-your-face). Has anyone seen anything? Or was it all really just publicity?
