The update? Let's see... Honeyworks mixes a lot of songs in between that have nothing to do with this Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai (Confession Executive Committee) series so it's kinda hard to keep up with it.
They also have a historical song series, which is really nice, and idol series (LIPxLIP is part of this idol series but appears quite a bit in Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai too)

One of my favorite songs is Twins ツインズ／CHiCO with HoneyWorks but it seems like it has its own complete story within the song. I was wondering if it was part of the main timeline of the honeyworks songs or is it a separate standalone song? Also are there any other editions to the list I should be looking out for?

I don't think Twins is officially connected to any song yet.
