I like the layout. I like being able to download it raw. The library isn't big but it has the latest hentai available.

For CGs:
Hitomi la has video stream? I thought it only has high quality CGs and doujins. It's one of the best out there since it has a good collection of game CGs, hentai LNs, and doujins in several languages. This site is my last resort whenever I can't find something.

For manga:
Doujin-moe.us (changed to doujins.com now) is a good site too. It also hosts video but the downside of this site is that you you need to be a vip member to gain access to their awesome collection of doujins. Still there are lots of free doujins available. Fully translated.
Hbrowse Fully translated and has the best advance tag search in my opinion. Downside is there's not much title available.
Hentaibox If you wish to direct download compressed douiins, then this one is a good shot. Fast loading and you can also pick your favorite.
Nhentai Mix translation. One of the mainstream hentai site out there, I guess. Pretty large collection. Updates pretty fast.

Hentaihaven I love their funny hentai summary and disqus community. High quality releases. English subbed ofcourse.
