I believe this was asked before but never really answered; what exactly is the formula behind the Most Helpful (Weighted) order option on reviews?

The two factors included are the quantity of helpful votes as well as the time of review's submission. Assuming the amount of helpful votes is X and the unit of time used in the formula used is Y, what is the formula?

Even I could easily look at a bunch of reviews myself and calculate an estimate if I wanted. I doubt it's a formula with a lot (if any) decimals.

Why is it important?

Adding to the OP, I would prefer a reply from a person that knows the definite formula and not a speculated one, if possible.

this may be offtopic, but how the heck do you get to watch 76 out of 75 episodes ?
So maybe you just found an example where the whole thing got buggered up ?
*darn, using my right hand is off-limits for a while. Typing with my left hand only is ... eww.*

@009-1; As stated in the OP, it is evident that the Weighted score is determined by the amount of helpful votes and the time that has passed since review's submission.

What I am wondering is the potential threshold used and the ratio of strength between the two factors. I like the fact that you have done some testing, though.
