| Yes i'm so happy to hear this news!! Just re-watched season 1 and then caught up with the TV specials and I am just craving for more of this series! Hopefully we won't have to wait that long for this 2nd season! And I hope it'll be 20+ episodes, not the 12 episodes kind of season 2... |

| What's this series like? It didn't look like it was much of note at first, but looking more closely now, my stats page for the original reveals quite a few decent to good scores, and now it's getting sequels. |
| I'm starting to get the Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan) vibe from this wait for the second season in which there was a 4 year gap. I understand that there wasn't much source material available at the time after Nanatsu no Taizai S1 finished, so hopefully if not already then they should have a good amount of quality material to animate when Season 2 finally starts and hopefully they make the wait worthwhile with some quality animation. Note: I don't actually read manga myself, I just found out about the info regarding source material while reading various comments around over a year ago, not long after Season 1 ended, waiting impatiently (which I still am) and looking around for information about when season 2 might be released so I don't know how far they have gotten yet in the manga. I am predicting Season 2 will end up being released either Winter or NEXT Spring or maybe Summer(next year). If we're lucky maybe this Fall. I just hope we don't have to wait too long as I, just like many others wish to just be able to finally watch Nanatsu no Taizai Season 2. |
