Question about Chikage??

It's been forever since I read this manga, so I restarted from the beginning. My question is do you think Chikage is really interested in Ikuto? Since the beginning of the manga, she seems to be the only MC that does not really have an love interests w/him, well her & Mikoto, but her interests focus else where and she's not really a main character.
