Pretty fun episode, I especially liked how they gave Aria (the little pet thing) some screen time. Teko and Pikari still has their usual chemistry of course. Not much diving though..but they did take care of a kitten (so tiny..)

Lets-a-go!

So they managed to find a new place for the kitten which is nice.
The girls had a lot of fun again as well as a wise lesson in life.
Maybe next week they will finally go diving but we will have to see first.

Beautiful episode again.

I know I've said it multiple times but Pikari and Teko's friendship is just so heartwarming, It always puts a smile on my face. Lovely walking trip they had and it was sweet of Teko to say she wanted to explore new paths together.

Loved the scene where Teko stated that her life was now full of brilliant vivid colors.

The parts where Pikari chased away that raven were hilarious. XD

That kitten is so cute, Adorable how both of them were taking care of it.
Very nice parallel drawn between Teko's situation before she met her friends and the kitten's current one. It was very nice to see how Teko wanted to extend a helping hand to the kitten because she too had been in the same position.

So Cha is also Aria. XD

Glad that the kitten found a home. Ohime is a nice name. :)

Diving finale next week, It's so sad that the show is ending. :(

So cha's real name is aria... sad I actually liked the name cha and I was not aware he had an owner I always assumed he was a stray who at times may wear pants. this was such a cute episode I'm a little disappointed that we didn't get to see big sis senpai's reaction to ohime but I'm just glad they found a home for ohime. hopefully next and last episode we get to see some diving also nooooooo why must it end? I hope this get's a another season which it deserves.

that raven scene too funny

I never really expected this to be 2-cour at all. MAYBE a 2nd season in the future, but not an initial 24 episodes.

Still though, pretty cute episode. That stimulation scene though.......

i mean...there was no episode count till last week and this didnt look like an episode before the ending either =D oh well...maybe it follows aria and makes a 2nd season with 26 episodes

Great episode as always. Just when I thought there would finally be diving a kitten shows up. Still the finale needs to be the open water dive along with all the sea life.

A nice episode. It was cool how Ohime and Teko had a somewhat parallel story. Both started out as lost kittens.

The part with the crow was realistic. I've seen a crow carrying off a live rabbit kit.

Sucks that we're only getting one episode of actual open water diving. I expect J.C Staff to go in hard with the water animation next week!!!

I want Teko to stimulate my butt

The soundtrack for this show is so great.. Glad they found a home for the kitten. Next episode, we'll see the dive!

And... no diving this episode. Oh well. Since next week's the finale there's got to be some diving then. The kitten was cute and Pikari and Teko taking care of it was very sweet.

Futaba and Pikari find an extremely tiny kitten who was about to get snatched up by a crow. And they pick up the neko, feed her, and then try to find her a place. Futaba finds herself relating to the neko's situation. The neko is all alone in this unknown world with no one by her side, just like she had been all this time until she met her middle school friends. She doesn't want the neko to stay like that so she's trying hard to get her a place. And the principal takes her in because he was finding a wife for Aria. They just had to name the cat Aria.

Now Futaba will be taking the diver test which will determine whether she'll be allowed to dive or not. It'll be her first time diving and even if she feels scared she'll have Pikari by her side so it'll all go well.

Beautiful episode, but every episode of Amanchu is beautiful, so no surprise there
Why must their be only one episode left :( I need a season two!

Indeed I certainly hope it follows in arias footsteps and we can have the series once its manga is complete to see a completed anime adaption - was another enjoyable episode of a very enjoyable series.

Aria, good sir, please calm down. She's a little too young for you.

Man, this episode was truly wonderful. It's going to be hard saying goodbye to Amanchu next week. My friend reads the manga and told me there's enough material for another season, so I hope the sales are good! Another season would be nice.

when i updated to episode 8 or 9 i checked to see if it said 9/12 or something...and it didn't... i didn't really go look for it on reddit or on mal forums tho lol

why do the cats look weird in this anime?

Palmtop kitten is so cute, and so wa this episode, nice of Teko wanting to help kitten, like Pikari helped her.

With the impending open water dive test Teko and Pikari start to prepare
for it.

The part where the pair follow their adviser cat that i just call adviser cha
was funny . And when they saved the kitten from that bird was also good

That kitten though was adorable and the part where they took care of the kitten by providing it with milk was also hearwarming.

The bond between Pikari and Teko is the central point of the anime
and here we can see it displayed excellently

And man the principal was one funny dude especially when he kept correcting Pikari about cha's real name lol.

And cha/aria and the kitten were cute together

And its nice to see that the kitten eventually got a name in the end. The name
ohime was pretty apt as well as hime means princess and therefore someone to treasure.

This was a great episode as always and i can't wait to see the last episode next week

Hime is so cute and damn small! I wish Teko was able to take care of her in her house, but at least the principal adopted her.

I'm sorry but this show has some of the ugliest cat design I have ever seen xD

When Teko and Pikari started following Cha, I thought we were going to get the dreaded mascot episode that apparently every Sato Junichi show needs to have. Glad it was something different this time around with the cat themed episode, unlike in Aria and Tamayura. And of course Cha/Aria's (loli) mate is named Hime.

And Teko is such a pure and honest girl. I could never say all those hazukashi serifus lol.

Sweet and funny as usual, but love the kitten found by Teko and Pikari. Storytelling thoughtful and pleasant to follow, a hoot even the dean of the Teko and Pikari school. Sin is ending this anime, it's really a boon when you need to refresh the soul, from the ugliness of everyday life.

The way Teko tackled Ohime's situation just goes to show how Teko had shown really big improvement in this series from having anxiety issues to having a whole new color with her life with Pikari and the others. Heck the symbolization of Ohime being Teko's former self especially the chibi eyes like damn cute.

Anyway as Vhailor said, Junichis SOL show will never be completed without at least a cat themed episode lol. Also the fact that those 2 cats are named ARIA and HIME, wew really Amano-sensei ^_^

Did the animation get a bit worse this week or am I going crazy? Some of those faces looked really weird.

I bet they need the budget for those orgasmic sea diving experience just like the 2nd pool episode, putting my hopes up on that one though :P

Aria who always steals the show's attention suddenly found a life partner! not mention a future mate partner to boot! LOLZ!

Pretty lovely development and what an adorable episode! Just loved the atmosphere.

lol, even the cats have the same name as in Aria :D Apparently they are modeled after Kozue Amano's own cats as she's big cat fanatic. The moment when I saw how Cha went through secret pathway I thought they'll repeat cat story from Aria but in the end I was glad it was different.

Good episode, Hime was just so adorable.

Pretty funny how I'm currently taking care of 2 baby kittens and then this episode happens aha.

Finally, the show does something with the cats!

Why's the kitten gotta have lazy derp eyes though? The cats in Flying Witch were animated much better.

Teko and Pikari are great lesbian cat parents. Much better then SpongeBob and Patrick were with that clam.

They're going to give this very young kitten to the principal so he can eventually mate it with this already adult cat? That seems pedophilic.
