THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.

Lol Rumi seems to know how to cheer someone up.

That ending gave me a little laugh. Valentines Day always brings in some awkward moments.

It seems that Nakamura doesn't mind either, or maybe he just doesn't understand about the gift at all. LOL

Gucchi's level of imagination is amazing in this episode he really wants Nakamura to end up with a guy or at the for it to be a confession of love by a guy. NOOOOO only one ep left why?!

It was sweet that Rumi gave Gucchi chocolate with an anime he liked on it.

LOL, thinking about traps when you're straight is a sin! (otokonoko!)
I was thinking the same as Nakamura: why is their relationship not jappening? (between Gucchi & Nishihara)
5/5!

Strangely this series is not very loved by LGBT people. I do not understand :)

Fortunately they chose an anime 3-min because it's already tiring.

I have nothing against fudanshinor fujoshi. I sometimes even read yaoi or yuri if I think the plot is interesting. However, there are some, especially yaoi, that get on LGBTQ members' and even allies, ticked off.
The main thing is rape in yaoi. What disturbs a lot of us is the prevalence of rape in yaoi, almost suggesting that, not only is it okay, but NORMAL to rape your partner. Things like sexual assault are thought of as "hot" by a lot of fujos.
Not only that, but a lot of yaoi seem to treat it as if one of the guy's in the relationship is the "girl" in the relationship. Like I said, if it's well written and avoids this stuff, that's another story (though some people hate it altogether, which I don't quite get, since you don't see straight people freaking out over hentai or heterosexual couples ecchi manga), but the stereotypes are very negative, and the fujos that glorify that are sending a bad message. They might act as if they know all about gay relationships, when all they know is what they've seen in manga, most of which were written by straight women. In this anime they use terms like "girl in the relationship" and think that nonconsentual acts are sexy, like when he was thinking a guy getting groped on a train would be a good yaoi scenario.
Hope that answers your question. Honestly, I'm forcing myself to finish the series at this point. One more episode and I'm free, lol.

Gotta reinforce those gay stereotypes, lol. I was used to the homophobia, and then they added transphobia in this episode, too. I'm almost impressed.

Thanks for the analysis. I would say that this anime is about the fujoshi and fudanshi subcultures *not* gay and lesbian relationships.

Was actually thinking about how the girl could be a trap. A shame Nakamura didn't put on the accessory though, kinda wanted to see that.
