?????? i didnt read the manga but i prefer anime, is it any diffrent than this manga

Both Seasons are a good adaptation if that's what your asking,though the manga is better especially since the best arc and best character don't appear in the anime

the anime is faithfully adapted, however Gainax didn't dish out a third season... which would've been the Minus Arc (the highly regarded pinnacle of the entire series).

You can watch the first two seasons, and then read the manga starting at chapter 55.
