| It felt rushed, but this episode for me was better than most of the Autumn Election episodes except maybe the Kurokiba-Tadokoro quarter final. A very simple episode with a simple message to the restaurant where Soma and Hisako were assigned too for their Stagiaire first stage experience, but a meaningful one when it comes to adapting to the environment as a restaurant. Customers that just rush in and out are all from the station with very tight windows while the restaurant's not a fast food place, it needs time to put everything together like a normal restaurant. With the reservations change, it helps adapt to the fact that the customers who want to go there are ones that will enjoy the whole experience and not just rush due to making sure to eat before going back again to the station. Also, liked the little characterization for Hisako after her confidence was crushed after that Hayama battle where she was easily demolished. She may have not liked Soma for the way he was with Erina in the past, but this episode served as a good gateway for these two to become actual friends or acquaintances with respect for each other, compared to before. |

| Pretty fun episode - reminded me of the old Kitchen Nightmares minus Ramsay's antics. Great development with Hisako and Soma. |
