Card Maker
∞
This position requires a basic knowledge of Photoshop or some other image editing software. You're required to make cards for editions, at least one a month. You're allowed to do your own solo editions or join any that you're interested in. However, it is your responsibility to keep on top of deadlines and deliveries. If you're late on an edition, it will be posted without notifying you. If you're unable to participate, that's fine, but it's common courtesy to let us know so we're not left waiting.
Recruiter
1-2
This is the most important position available. As a recruiter, it's your job to invite people to the club and form affiliations with other clubs. When it comes to affiliation, ask for affiliation on the club's comment page if you're already a member of that club. Otherwise, you'll need to contact the creator of that club or an admin - make sure you check the last time they were online so you're not wasting your time. When it comes to inviting individuals, comment on their profile, if available, or send them a message. Do not spam people. Ask them if they want to join/affiliate once and then leave it alone. Whether they accept or not, be respectful and thank them for their time. Before you ask, make sure you check the affiliates page and memberlist to make sure you're not asking someone that's already been contacted. Finally, you're tasked with updating the affiliates page with banners and monitoring it to make sure none of the banner images get removed. Once a month, you're to go through the page to make sure the clubs still exist. This is to help the length of our affiliates page.
Layout Maker
1 Anime, 1 Real Life or 1 Both
A simple and lax position, you're required to have intermediate level experience with Photoshop or another image editing software. The layout won't change often - mainly on special occasions such as holidays. You may be contacted randomly to create a layout. You must make sure to check your messages often to keep this position. You may be asked to make an anime layout, or a real life layout. If you're only able to do one or the other, then more than one Layout Maker will be accepted.
Delivery Officer
1-2
This position is also rather lax, and you may go periods of time without work. Your job is to assist card makers with their deliveries. You can do this by asking them if they want help or by waiting for them to ask you. The choice is yours. When you are given work, you'll be required to deliver that card maker's work to an entire thread of people. Please use caution to ensure that you don't make a mistake. Most card makers have their own delivery system set up, and all you have to do is copy and paste to the intended recipients. The more card makers we gain, the more positions for Delivery Officer will become available.
Claim Maker
1-2
Claim makers are similar to card makers, but instead of participating in card editions, you will only make cards for claims. You will be responsible for creating and monitoring claim threads. Unlike typical claim threads, there will be no claimed list and no first-come-first-served. I've always felt it's unfair considering how many people there are that may be requesting. However, I do recommend not using the same image for every single request of the same item. You can choose whether you want to choose the image or let the claimer choose an image. You can make claims for anything, as long as they are within the club's rules. Once hired, a claim thread will be created to help everyone keep track of what claim types have been made or suggested. Claim makers are allowed to work together, as well, as long as everyone agrees. So if there's two claim makers, both can make cards for one claim. How you let this work is up to you - for example, whether you let the claimer choose one or the other, or if you let the claimer order from both of you.
