Sadly no. Tomoya can only use that reset power one time.

That power was something originating from the light orb that are the manifestation of happiness and Tomoya could only collect enough to rewind time thanks to Ushio creating a parallel world that connects with every version of Tomoya so that he could grab hold of the light orbs from his other versions that got that orb but didn't had a reason to use it.

One orb is enough to wake Fuuko from her coma after a few years.

In other words, unless Ushio sacrifices her life again that power is can only wake up a little girl from her coma.

Oh, I see. Thanks for the response. I confess I never actually watched Clannad yet. I just thought of that as some sort of elaborate plot device to use for time travel to undo general tragic anime events, and i chose Clannad because of its infamous reception. My main intention was a forum about what tragic anime events people would like to undo with time travel and if it would be worth it. I might just start a new forum about this in the anime section.
