DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- First Ova, where we can watch as Tokyo suffers the consequences of the Demon Seed, robots who steal without anyone stopping them. But for the struggle there is a special unit, which recruits a young female member, who will be a way between idol and a fighter. Much humor, for quite childish argument. |
| Wow, my first impression was: "What? Masami Yûki renting porn?" XD Too bad it wasn't him in the end (though the idol-obsessed agent looks a lot like his own caricature). Between the japanese idol seeking auditions, the stealers warning about their next heist, the self named "mad scientist" villain, the typical commercial, the usual Mu civilisation (always used as an excuse in the 80s) and everything else, it is a very nice parody of its time. They even had an old super robot (didn't recognize exactly) among the antiquities! 5/5 Did we see a few "Patlabor" characters? December 16th, 2022 @Stormblade Thanks ! |

| Was expecting to see a bunch of comments calling this trash because MAL seems to hate stuff like this, nice to see that I'm not alone in liking a non-slice of life humor anime that for once. |

| Maron's stuttering was very nicely acted, especially followed by a gag with her super strength. Quite cute! It was Raideen, I think Rei_III said: 5/5 Did we see a few "Patlabor" characters? It was Sango Otojima from Masami Yuki's "Kyuukyoku Choujin R" (she looks very much like Noa Izumi). And there was R and some other girl from the same series. |

Nice first OVA, the counter demon seed agents are hilarious, I was caught off guard with the live-action commercial, overall it's really amusing, I hope the second OVA is of the same level if not better. |
