So as the title says is this movie tells the story after the 5th episode of the ONA or it will be about what happened before the ONA or just a remake of the ONA ?

Sequel, set many years later.
But...will Yumemi be "alive" again, in a new body?
Maybe put the answer in spoiler tags, I don't know.

I have no interst watching that without Yumemi.
I mean, the PV shows an old man that can be assumed to be the MC touching a unpowered, humanoid figure before getting a cliche heart attack or something.
I assume that Yumemi will only be seen at the final part of the movie, as it seems like an archetype that would be used in the setting inferred from watching the PV.

This is all baseless though.
Yes, is mostly as you say; this is an adaptation of a drama CD that came out in 2007 (the visual novel, in 2004). Its main story is the junker in its ancient years, showing the stars to those children seen in the PV.

That there is no Yumemi mainly?
And yes, while Yumemi is important, most likely option is that we won't see her much in this one (that is, if the studio adapts it the drama cd way.)

Pretty much. In fact, there should be NO Yumemi outside of flashbacks / people talking to themselves. Unless they change it, she will not appear in any physical form.
The sequel is set several decades in the future. The junker is an old man now, and he travels the world with a mini Jena to show people the stars (hence starteller). He comes to a snowy village where he is not received warmly except for 3 kids. The adults don't like him because they believe he only spreads false hope, and that the kids should focus more on surviving. He shows the kids the stars, they love it, and he for some reason decides to give them the case with Yumemi's memory card in it.
Sometime later, he finds (or maybe was shown, don't remember) the "Goddess" of the village. It's a dormant robot, like Yumemi. With his eyesight failing, he scrambles to put the memory chip in except, oh wait, HE GAVE IT TO THE KIDS. He has some flashbacks / talking to the dead stuff etc and dies.
His body is found by the adults, who convene and decide it's ok for the children to follow their dreams to become startellers. They're overjoyed, and open the case to find Yumemi's memory chip inside. But they have literally no idea what to do with it and only end on "Someday we'll find out".
The end.
Judging by the trailer posted, everything is going to be the same. It even shows the doors to heaven opening (him dying) and him giving the kids the case.
The real question is, did they reuse the drama disk's audio for the movie? or did they cast new voice actors to redo the whole audio?... Since that would've been a helluva shortcut since the original drama disk's audio was quite well done...
Will have to wait until Bluray comes out for me to compare side by side ;p

If I remember the drama cd correctly,
there should be a spoof of Yumemi at the very end if it follows the drama cd, with the junker going to heaven that is a planetarium
I don't know Uberkoul, I look for it since one week :/ If someone knows where I can watch the movie, I shall be happy that he shares the link or another thing !

The BD/DVD will get released very soon (24 Feb) so you can expect people to translate and put it online a week or so later that date.
