Its just that it is fictional, but either why most of you then have something against gay and lesbian people or what?! @Drunk_Samurai: You are completely right. @AlexSadist-sama: If its rape then it would be hentai, but eventhough when you are in a sexual heat you sometimes take off the clothes of your partner really quick, so I wouldn't consider everything as rape when they take off their clothes a bit rougher and faster. ;) |

Rape Yeah I really don't like the rape thing. As for the conversation, the homophobic label was given because people were talking about yaoi and yuri, not lolicon and shota. While it's true that both exist therein, not all yaoi is shotacon and not all yuri is lolicon. Also this doesn't affect my views of the age of consent, because I'm not every kid. But I do believe that I wouldn't have necessarily been very disturbed by an older man or woman having sex with me when I was underage. I don't know at what age I was able to give consent, but at most ages I think I was capable of having an enjoyable or at least not disturbing experience from sexual intercourse or molestation. If I look back upon say, being eleven or fourteen, I think what I would have been most scared about on the matter would have been the reaction of society and the fear of rejection from my parents for being a "bad kid". And yet I did things to subvert the values of my parents and society then all the time. Just with a bit less self esteem and certainty about the matter. I am attracted to men now, I was attracted to men then. And so long as the person didn't force themselves upon me, I think I would have been okay. But this is a discussion for an entirely different thread. One of the very old age of consent ones buried quite deep. |

| I dislike lustful relationships in anime/manga. They're disturbing to me. I'd only watch/read something sexual if it was funny/light hearted. Its just personal taste I feel.
