It would be arguably quite hard to finish the 3rei in 7 chapters, especially considering hiatus after the latest one. |

| So we have everyone sitting in class with Kuro being the sensei. The desks are too small for Bazette, Tanaka is sleeping, and Gil is sitting with his legs on the table like some badass – rules don't apply to the King of Heroes. That's one weird class lol. They were all sent to the parallel world at the same time, but they landed here at different times which is why Illya was alone, Ruby was away from her despite being in her hand, and Bazette and Kuro weren't with her. And Bazette gives Illya her share of cards to use to defeat the hammer girl and the pseudo-Gil. Illya inserts all three cards one after another without taking out any of them. Lancer Illya looks cool (and somewhat sekushi because of that long hair and of course the outfit itself). Saber Illya and Rider Illya were different from their Miyu counterparts. They were also probably different in strength too since Illya lacks mana after all. And then we had Kuro's sexy sneak attack. Best part was when Tanaka was looking at all this yuri action from the door. Someone has to see this and then proceed to misunderstand stuff. But there's no misunderstanding here... Kuro wanted Illya to get strong like Miyu. Miyu never complained when she was in Illya's world even though she was basically in the same position Illya is in now. Illya is still determined as ever to save Miyu, but she isn't strong enough to bear all this without even complaining. And it's normal to be scared when there's no one in town and your enemy is freakishly strong. But to be worthy of calling themselves Miyu's friends, they must not complain about the position they're in because Miyu never did. Gil reveals some stuff he knows to Bazette. The cards are basically there to fulfill the desires of the summoner against the hero's will. The heroes' powers are drawn here unlike in the Einzberns Holy Grail War which has a different summoning and everything. And Gil's full self has an ego level too high to be contained lol. The Ainsworths sure summoned the wrong guy as he ran away to get reincarnated with his own will unlike the other heroes they summoned. And Kotomine shows up again to deliver ramen. Lol Illya hiding from it. And Gil throwing money around like it's nothing. Giving a freakin gold coin to pay for some ramen. Kotomine sure got the best customer he'll ever get in his entire life lol. And love Gil's sparkly golden phone. |

The main thing is it's obviously targeted for yuri fans and those people like you who find doing those stuff woman to woman hot just like H-scenes is targeted for readers who wants sex on their VNs. It's just simple that yuri isn't for me but I don't have against lesbians and that's completely different matter. Although I get a feeling that this series is making more and more cringe-worthy yuri actions than what I can handle, to the point that it seems completely unnecessary and not how it's supposed to be "necessary". I let it slide on the first yuri action because I thought it's necessary for the sake of mana transferring but honestly it's getting more stupid as they continue more and more. Anyway, if you say this is only the episode that has the excuse-for-pleasing-yuri-fans scene then thank God I won't get cringed on future episodes. |

| In a way Tanaka really is as Taiga, isn't she? And her almost naked intro in this episode was good. As was Illya x Kuro kiss. But I really didn't see the reason for fight between Illya and Kuro, the explanation wasn't the best one and the motive was more like plot device to show her powers. It felt weird for them to fight, no matter what Illya said. |

But what I don't get is why until NOW are some of you guys complaining? They've been doing this a LOT more in the previous two seasons... I assume that EVERYONE who is watching this current anime has seen the previous 3 seasons...so you guys should know what to expect. There's no excuse. This show panders to a certain demographic....and it panders very nicely if I say so myself. |
To swerve off topic a little, it's interesting to point out that under UK law, illegal (gross/ offensive/ disgusting) child images are not limited to videos or photos, but includes drawings, cartoons, and CGI as well. Which means you could well be prosecuted. That said, given our strict standards with the BBFC, I'd be very surprised if season 2/3 is passes over here uncut. I pretty much jump-skip the scenes when I come across them. Even so, I don't see how there's "no excuse" when it comes to voicing an opinion. This is a public forum after all. And I also don't see how there's a time limit for discussing such issues. Knowing the history of the series, it's still conceivable to hope that such scenes become less frequent in future episodes. If a "LOT more" happened in the previous seasons then frankly I don't want to know about it, but I'd rather these scenes not escalate any further (hopefully disappearing to be replaced by actual story). A fair complaint whether or not it will happen. |
