I already watched every episode available of these two anime and rewatched both of the the series three times. Is there any other anime with unique characters, development, and story, like these anime? If there's no more, I'll just wait for the studio or writer to make another one or just rewatch again.

Ohh duuuude you need to watch Glasslip!!! It's made by P.A. Works so it definitely has neat art. It also has one of the most unique set of characters, namely: Husserl, Confucius, Roger, Makuzu and Jonathan.
