| mirai hen is a direct sequel to the first anime/game zetsubou hen is a prequel to the second game you can also play/read/watch the second game, but it doesn't seem to be necesary to understand danganronpa 3 i'd go for the second game since the animes barely started there's also plenty of side story stuff if you want..i'm not very familiar with them chronological order doesnt matter much.. maybe just for the endings you will figure out the chronological order once you go through all of them here is the copypasta you couldn't google yourself |

How will he understand what Naegi was doing before DR3 if he doesn't know what happens in DR2, the whole first episode of Mirai-hen revolves around it... |

| hm.. indeed it's a sequel to teh second, but the characters from the 1st have the leading roles they do touch upon the future foundation and naegi's involvement with the super despairs in the first half of mirai hen i don't think the exact details will matter that much for the rest of the series |

| Mirai-hen still evidentially contains spoilers for DR2 I think it's pretty clear that you're supposed to have seem/played both DR1 and DR2 before attempting either of Mirai-hen or Zetsubou-hen |
