Netflix to Stream Little Witch Academia TV Anime Series

that means GG fansubs might hopefully fansub this like what they are doing with Kuromukuro, since Netflix is not doing simulcast of their anime shows from what i know just like Kuromukuro is not yet aired on Netflix although they got the streaming rights for it

I'm not really surprised since they also licensed both Little Witch Academia movies. I guess I'm going to watch both movies right now on Netflix soon.

So netflix are the ones who produced the dubs of the ovas? It doesn't say anything in the credits about it. I made a forum post on the originals series page but nobody replied. I wonder if they'll release a blu ray...

Episode 14 to 26 of Kuromukuro will be on Netflix at October 10. For dubs, I really have no idea. It's strange that they haven't dubbed Sinbad yet considering that 2 seasons of Magi are also on Netflix with English dubs. I'm also hoping Netflix will dub Kuromukuro since I watched the first 4 episodes and I put the show on-hold.

As for that, maybe they'll do it like with Kuromukuro and (if it's over 13 episodes long) release the first 13 episodes after they're out in Japan and the rest after the season is over (if it's 26 episodes long like Kuromukuro).

Also, I wish Netflix dubbed more non-original series here in Brazil, most of the animes on Netflix (including Labyrinth and Kingdom of Magic) never got dubbed here in Brazil, but B-Daman Crossfire, Diabolik Lovers and Ghost Hound all got dubbed by them.

Hopefully that means either a "good" fansub group will pick it up, or that some group will still just rip the stream off Netflix and release it.

So, when the hell does Netflix plan on adding this for streaming? It's my understanding it's going up simulcast style on Netflix Japan and I've also heard it's on Netflix UK too but I've heard nothing about how it's being handled on Netflix US.

I'm all for supporting the official release but Netflix is out of their mind if they think I'm waiting 3+ months for the show to finish airing if they plan to upload it in one big chunk.

They aren't simulcasting it. They probably upload 1cour after it ends so in 3 months.

Guess I'm going to be waiting 3 months to watch it, I'm not willing to do Netflix along with prem crunchyroll, it's kind of annoying to check how they're handling the series too.... Since Netflix don't let you browse the website to check the episodes and all. :c

Netflix can't understand that majority of anime community watches and discusses anime as it airs not binge-watches it.
