Action Game 'Armed Blue: Gunvolt' Gets OVA Adaptation

It was announced on a panel at Anime Expo 2016 that 3DS game Armed Blue: Gunvolt (Azure Striker Gunvolt) will get an OVA adaptation in the Winter months of 2016.

Game Synopsis
In the near future, there are people with special power called Sevens. It seems like the country has maintained peace by a company called Sumeragi Group, but they are the one who captured the people with the special power by force and did inhumane experiments. Gunvolt, the main character who has the power of Sevens, used to be in Feather, a resistant group who fought against the Sumeragi Group. The story begins with meeting the heroine, Sian.

Armed Blue Gunvolt is a single-player Japanese action game directed by Yoshihisa Tsuda under the production of IntiCreates. It was released on the Nintendo 3DS platform in August 2014 and on Microsoft Windows the following year. Its sequel and a starter pack will be released on September 30, 2016.

Oh the cover looks neat! Kinda gives off phantasy star online 2 the animation vibes so definitely going to check it out ^^

Definitely predicted this the moment I got my hands on the game, it just SCREAMS anime adaptation, will look forward to this :)

Is the game fun? I don't feel like the story or visuals might impress me, but gameplay is the good part of games after all.
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; What is essential is invisible to the eye.

But does the heart have the right perspective?

I hope the 1st ASG on the digital release is no different to the dowloadable one (like if they add the time trial on the steam one) because i dont have money for a digital, i already have the 1st one downloaded. why cant they release an update already

And an anime? Not sure what I think about this one.

The double pack is only 15 dollars for 3ds including the 1st and 2nd games...lol.
So far the anime appears to be based on the events that had happened before the events of the first game.

The Striker Pack is $30, pretty sure I didn't overpay.
