| Man SHAFT producer, their animating style suck big time. Keep flashing scenes and changing them, feels like Bakemonogatari all over again. That might work there, but it's not working very well here. This project really have a very low budget -.- |

| Really not liking the Academy focus. Love the political focus but the whole "school chase" seemed a bit cheesy and out of context...I mean Mina DOES own the freaking school...Why does she have to put up with some scrawny student councils demands. I mean she easily took care of the government (loved how they dealt with it, seemed quite realistic) but then she has to put up a game for some kids in school? I dislike the portrayal of high school kids thinking they know better and can do whatever the fck they want... |

| If they were going to have her transfer to the school, then they should have at least made her a teenager, then at least the fanservice wouldn't be so repulsive. They pulled this shit in Shakugan no Shana, and it sucked there too. This is a horrible trend. 1/5 |

| This anime reminds me of Bakemonogatari for some reason. The plot still needs to start but I don't have big issues with it. I wonder who's the candy girl. |

| The scene transitions often just being a few frames composed of a blank and matte coloured screen is strange. Never seen the likes of it before. On the other hand, the camera work was great. Student councils in Japan seem pretty powerful don't they? They're a trifle in the west, and only implemented to give students a means of making written suggestions to staff, if they even exist to begin with. I don't think the student bounty hunting would pass in any school in reality, but maybe this academy follows a more anarchistic point of view. |
