DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Eh it was alright I suppose, wasn't really impressed by the animation quality though. If it was a full series or movie length, the development would of been better. I'm also got some mixed feelings about the mech designs. The whole concept of alien lifeforms in the future is rather generic as well. Rin seems like a decent MC I guess and as a pilot. |

| About as generic a concept for a post-Evangelion mecha show as you can get. If you'd told me this was a "lost pilot" for a TV anime from 2007 or so, I would've believed you. The production values and character/mecha designs certainly look the part. Cool choice of ED song though. It's always nice to hear western music in anime. |

| Interesting concept but strong Evangelion smell: psychic-linked mecha working with only a few young people, manipulated by an organization with a secret agenda concerning humanity whose logo uses foreign language (french here). Of course, there are heavy sequels for the pilots. But here, you're right. Edit: has someone informations about the production Committee who produced this? Because I loved the group name they choosed. xD |

| You know, if this had been spread out over the course of 25, or even 12 episodes, this could've been somewhat decent. As it is now, this is just a terribly fast paced, generic mecha. A shame, too. I really liked Yuzuki's character design. EDIT: I know, I'll take what I've seen from this episode and write a story filling in the blanks of the 11 missing episodes. |

| I went in watching it imagining what a full season would've been like, I thought it was great. When the only mecha we have this season is "yuri loli is the mecha", this would've been mighty refreshing. Too bad it's not a full series with a nice budget. :( |
| Guess it was ok. The action wasn't that great to be honest, but oh well, it was alright for a one-episode show. |

| Whilst it ain't bad it's not that good either, it's pretty generic if you ask me actually. Like I they tried making something different but pretty much made one hell of a generic mecha anime. The quality of art and animation was still pretty good but without a proper story supporting it, that doesn't really matter much. Well it was an average anime special, not much else to say than that. |

| .... i dont even know i even bothered to watch it oh yeah pendulum fucking love them at least there was something good in this anyway, the most useless thing i've watched in a long time, could have been good if it was an entire season, 2/10. :/ |
