| It was totally awesome getting a chance to see a bit of backstory into Phoenix/Larry/Miles' friendship. However, seeing von Karma taking in Miles after MURDERING HIS FATHER is confusing as heck, and rather insidious. (I'm sure there's a stronger word that could be used here). And that ending, man. What are you planning now, Edgey. Take it easy, man... |

His father was pretty much a decent defense attorney like Mia was, while von Karma was so obsessed with perfection that he uses all sort of methods to get the defendant guilty. Miles is pretty much how von Karma intended him to be: a ruthless and cold prosecutor totally unlike his late father. |

Any idea who these seiyuu's are? Saori Yumiba's biggest role is a dub voice of Keira Knightly in Pirates of the Carribean series. Misaki Kuno is known for the roles of Hawk in Nanatsu no Taizai, Hoshimiya Kate in Boryaku no Zvezda, Nico in Kiznaiver. And she is also Iris Watson in Dai Gyakuten Saiban. |

| Hmm, kinda meh episode but it's all due to the fact that we all already knew what happened. But I guess such kind of backstory was needed. The only one highlight of this episode was Karuma Mei, wonder who she is and whether we will see her in the future. |
