| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A strange finale to a strange show imo. More background story about Masaki ...and connection with Reiji. Finale felt rather underwhelming with the revelation. Sadly, the show never did a good job at characterization for most of the cast. Story felt it was all over the place at times. Didn't feel like the ending was memorable at all. I'm like it "that's it?". And lol, everyone on the bus again. |

| Wow, a big nothing many will say. In the end some kids stay in Nanakimura and rest left in bus singing about Hippototamus. Also, Koharun is actually Kami/God/Old Guy's daughter and Reiji was Masaki's invisible imaginary friend since childhood.  |

| Apart from the pilot episode which was pretty decent, the rest were all terrible. It didn't even feel like it was the same show, with pretty much everything declining greatly from the first episode. Has to be one of the worst anime I've ever seen. |

| NOTHING HAPPENS THE ANIME I'm really surprised no one died lol More than half decided to go back and the other half stayed because they're too lazy (and Koharun wants to research for her daddy's sake...well well) Masaki was innocent and pure all along. One of the biggest fingers of an anime I've seen lol...I enjoyed it tbh Some of the girls were pretty <3 I like Masaki. Misato last ep was cute and love Koharun and Maimai's designs. Character wise....yeah |

| A rather underwhelming ending...Glad this show is over though. I'm kinda disappointed because at first I thought this would become a bloodbath or some sort of promising thriller. Ends up turning out to be a...rather lame show. |

| Everything declined from the first episode imo, pretty underwhelming. I can't say I'm disappointed because I stopped hoping for good things to come after the 4-5th episode. Nobody's dead yet... ooh, the fuckery. It's finally fucking over ( ._.). This is just so... idek. Like why did they choose to do it this way? smfh |

| It twas crap. Episode one was enticing, episode two still kept me interested, and then it flopped super quick. If they wanted to debut a show about a collection of pathetic tweens then mission accomplished. Increasingly frustrated to watch week to week. Anyone garnering comments figuring out if you should watch it...don't. No redeemable points. |
| This ending...I don't know what the hell was going on. This show was a complete waste of time. This abomination shows that Mizushima can't direct horror/mystery shows AT ALL. Go back to Shirobako season 2 pls... And did Mari Okada even wrote some of this script? What the hell was she doing? What's the point/message you're trying to tell us? I agree that this show was probably the most pathetic comedy of 2016. |

For me the anime fails as a mystery above anything else. A mystery is supposed to be constructed in a way that the viewer/reader can guess along towards the solution. That was never the case in Mayoiga, because while it created itself windows to include its later revelations, it never properly foreshadowed them. Nanaki being different for everyone was the only thing that the series properly developed, though even here it never properly managed to explain how they could have such an incredible range of consciousness. Everything this last episode threw at me left me cold, because it didn't create any "Wow-effect". Koharun is Kamiyama's daughter and spiced his coffee with sleepingpills so that she could smuggle the gang into the village? I never really saw that being hinted at... Some people stay and some people leave. If that middle ground existed from the beginning, what exactly does that tell us about the threat they faced? I'm okay with open endings when they promise foreseeable things to come, but here it's just everyone doing their own thing... |

| Great ending to a fantastic mystery. i really loved the theme of this anime. I also appreciate that the ending didnt try to be too crazy. After the insanity that happened in the show, its nice how things ended more calmly. Still trying to decide whether this or high school fleet is my favorite anime that ended this season but there are still two more episodes of high school fleet. |

| Terrible anime, stupid plot and awful characters. Still, couldn't wait each Friday to see what crazyness they got, so in a way, it entertained me. 6/10. Gonna miss all the madness this anime managed to put in each episode. |

| Singing about the hippo again in the final scene sums this up pretty well. XD I did like the Koharun being God's daughter reveal, and Mitsumune's new Nanaki was adorable. And I'd say he found a girlfriend too! XD So this pretty much was just a morality tale of sorts all along huh? With those who needed more help/healing staying behind. I'm not sure that justified the enormous cast, many of whom were largely pointless, but oh well. XD I wish Lion had gone with them. XD Quite the misleading initial premise for what was ultimately a very...different show. I wouldn't call it good, but it remained somewhat interesting throughout, even with all the ridiculousness, maybe even thanks to it. XD Tough to score it, but...6/10 I guess. |

| I'm gonna miss watching this every week. Sure, it was a trainwreck, but I enjoyed seeing it get more and more absurd every week and it was genuinely funny. I almost never laugh at anime, but Mayoiga'd reduce me to fits of giggles. I always watched it with a smile on my face, and that's what's really important. Jakerams said: I can't even think of a proper score to rate the series. It was an interesting ride so I'll just leave it unscored. Also, this. Unsure if it's a 10 or a 1. |

| This was probably one of the most underwhelming endings that I've ever seen. This anime was just a big mess in terms of.....well, just about everything. I found it pretty funny how just about all of us expected a bunch of characters to die when this first aired, but then....nobody died lol. Even the one character that we thought was dead ended up coming back (Yottsun). Overall, this anime was frustrating and painful to watch since a vast majority of these characters were absolutely and irritatingly stupid, but I'll admit that I did look forward to each new episode just to see how much more absurd this show could become. It had potential, but unfortunately it's a 4/10 from me. |

| When this episode started, I had to go back to the end of last weeks to see how this one even made sense. This was almost embarrassing to watch the last episode it was so bad. At least School Days had "nice boat" to remember it by.........this one is best forgotten and just tucked away on your Completed list....never to be recommended to anyone. 5/10.....had to deduct a point because Lovepon never got to kill anyone. |
