How true is the anime to the source material?

Getting impaitient with the weekly epeisode releases. Would just like to know if I can continue excactly where I left of on the LN or Manga, without repercussions.

Personally, the only motivation to do this is to find more intel with the Emilia beng part of the royal familly and Rosswall trying to kill some dragon so he can look more dickish on robes and jewellery and shit. Soz. Never really dug into the characters and Subaru's sense of humor was only funny for like the first ep until it changed to seomthing that looks too awkward... Don't know if its even worth writing my thought about the show at the moment, but if you'd like, then I may think about it....

Knowing only LN i can say that the animation covers source material pretty well, some dialogues were changed and some scenes were slightly modified but they have almost no impact on title overall so there shouldnt be a problem with reading source.

I actually have the pacing of the anime with the source material here in this forum...

today's episode ends with volume 3 (second arc) and the manga for this is not finished yet. However the third arc manga has already started and currently on volume 5 (chapter 13 manga).

Definitely there are some omitted scenes. However, they do not remove too much important scenes. They're following the LN adaptation and not the WN.
