| That doesn't happen to me anymore because I watch anime along with movies, tv shows and cartoons. I also marathon in moderation and more watch weekly airing seasonal anime which greatly prevents burn out imo. Just take a break from anime now and come back to it later. |

| If you just watch anime all the time its easy to get burnt out. So I make sure to mix it up a bit. I read manga, watch live action movies, and t.v. shows in between anime sessions. If I get bored of that I read comics, watch YouTube videos, and read fanfiction. Manga recs: Mahoutsukai no Yome, Dogs: Bullets & Carnage, Claymore, and Boku no Hero Academia. Movie recs: Fight club, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Martain, and The lord of the rings: The fellowship of the ring. Tv show recs: Sherlock, Doctor Who, Person Of Interest, Firefly, and Fringe. Comics: Batwoman by J. H. Williams III and W. Haden Blackman. YouTubers: Digibro, Bdoubleo100, Tom Scott, SovietWomble, and CGP Grey. Fanfiction rec: Just find a fandom you like and go to fanfiction.net. |

| This happened to me recently, where I was bored and would watch like one episode a day and it would be a chore to get through. I just took a break and hung out with friends, focused on other things like real people movies and video games, and I ate healthier and slept more. I'm fine now |

| Maybe get a rest for a while or try to switch genre. Try some iyashikei or light slice of life if you mostly watch shounen stuff or heavy drama. |
