Gintama, Pandora Hearts, both Baccano and Durarara and I liked the cast of Fate/Zero a lot too.

Gintama, definitely. FMA:B ties.

Gintama has the funniest and quirkiest characters. They all skew convention in one way or another without completely alienating tradition.

FMA:B has the richest, most compelling cast. Even second tier characters have depth. Most significantly, it has the most varied and most well-written female characters in any anime I've ever seen. I would say manga as well but I've only finished two and skim through others.

Pretty much Pandora Hearts. All character are unique and have lot of Character development. Also through the series you get to know why the supossed "bad guys" do what they do.

For sure, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I recall liking almost every single character, main and supporting. Scratch that: every single character except for Shou Tucker. Even the most horrible baddies that I hated with a passion redeemed themselves at the end.

Of course, can't forget about Baccano and Durarara either. And Gintama. Jeez, Gintama characters are just the best.

Oda Nobuna no Yabou: Every character are very likable and none are useless brats that whine all the time, they all can defend themselves very well and are quite comical during some episodes not to mention how moe most of the lolis are.

Baccano's cast for sheer likeability and charisma.
Revolutionary Girl Utena's cast is probably the best developed ensemble in any anime.

That's a tough one. I guess I'll go with the Monogatari series (Bake/Nise/Neko etc) due to the gloriousness that is Tsukihi. Though of course Gahara-san, Mayoi, Shinobu as well as Meme and Araragi himself are characters I like quite a bit. Kanbaru is really the only one I don't like at all.

i love Angel Beats but i dont think it had a great cast of characters. they left half the cast undeveloped and you dont care about any of them except for like the main 4 and thats it.

Baccano! has a killer cast and i loved all of them!
