Better, much better fight than the semi finals. Even the music improved.
Tbh, I think this was Ayato and Julis' toughest fight this season yet.

The transition between the rescue mission and the fight was actually well done imo, one of the better episodes. Kirin and Saya did well to save Flora :D Even though I find her voice to be painfully annoying

Kirin project her after image!! That is some serious skill there, thats a skill a katana user used alright.

You see thats why everyone is afraid of servesta, pretty much can cut everything except an orge lux with the same level like gravi-shealth used by Irene.

Those are what I call awesome action scenes

Not sure if ninja-kun died or not lol but based Kirin made this episode

So far the final match has been pretty good but not not hype as when they fought Kirin and Saya in the semis....Hopefully the next episode will be even better than that

That was a really good episode the only problem i had was the dubstep playing during the fight, everything was good.

Kirin, you're too cool ;_; Wonder if the guy died. His arm stuck out from the rubble and there was quite a lot of blood, but it felt like he was supposed to be a character who makes future appearances too lol Eh.

I liked the teamwork between Ayato and Julis, but it looks like AR-D gon' get beat next episode. Frickin' cut his hammer's head like butter.

I hope Kirin will be alright!

This episode is so great with the awesome actions. And i guess Phoenix Festa will end in next episode.

i hate those stupid robots and the annoying dubstep background music, but overall ok episode

I hope we get to see claudia fight the tyrannt over that kidnapping bullshit.

Now with Ser Veresta it will be easy I guess
Kirin's sword technique is awesome

I like the fights but still seeing how Ser=Veresta just cut through everything made it look like, okay this won't be long now.

I was more interested in Flora's rescuing mission than the Tournament. Not to mention that Kirin is using that Genjutsu virtual-like skill which is so cool.
Now that the "procedure" for every episodes lately stating like "Half for Tournament, and half other for the Tournament" and now Flora is safe, it means that the next episode will be full battle of AyatoxJulis without any intervention of other "side stories", which I hope so right?

Pretty sure Kirin won't die, obviously. Now that the eardrum-piercing loli has been rescued, Ayato can go all out. AR-D probably won't last too long next episode.

I was worried how they will show the rescue and the final, but it was done quite well.
Turning the finals into basically two halves was so much better.
The rescue was great, really liked the shadow power.

Nice episode and the fight was nice. Flora is safe (her voice is still annoying) and the tin box will be remodeled with the next episode.

AR-D won't go down that easily hehe because of "something else" on par with ser vesta, if you rewatch the op, you can see the enviroment a little bit they fight in and Yulis is there also.

Finally some Ser Veresta action. He cut that hammerhead like cutting butter with a heated knife. AR-D is going to get wrecked. I hope they finish the final next episode.

It drains an ungodly amount of prana. Ayato and his sis are the only ones we've seen, so far, with that kind of energy.

Man I wish Claudia would have more scenes or something. Early in the first season when she atatcked that guy in the back alley with her dual wield and multi-colored eyes was pretty cool.

Flora being annoying af every time she appears...

I don't even think Claudia announcing it via the commentators' mic is surprising at all; if you wondered what way there was for her to communicate with them the first thing that comes to mind is via the commentators.

Other than that it was an enjoyable ep, always cool when Ayato goes into OP mode.

Damn, what a great episode with some good action. I loved it. I find it funny how Claudia just walked into the room like that. Seems like this fight will be tough. Can't wait to see its continuation next week.

Kirin and Sylvia too hard to choose form ;_;. Both are best girls. Looks like OP time to shine in lmao. S2 still a lot better than S1.

One of the better episodes of the series.

Shame that this season won't get to volume 7 where the series goes from average to decent/good.

Kirin and shadow guy stealing the show. This guy is too cool to die so early on.

Meh episode, it was really predictable and didn't look as good as other fighting scenes. Also, HOW THE FUCK DOES THIS HAVE A SCORE OF 7.48, THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE!

Kirin's fight is the star of this episode, great fight.

...but no Sylvia!? What a disappointment. Bring us Sylvia!

If Claudia hadn't burst into the announcer's booth and told them to let loose, I don't think Kirin Toudou's battle could've been beat. That battle was sick. Loved it so much <3 I definitely think out of all the character's fighting styles and vesta, watching her fight is my favorite. She reminds me of Kenshin- but without the side commentary on how she kicked his ass haha. xD

Finally the final fight between Ayato and Julis against the robots, this fight is making me really excited, well, the fight of Kirin and Saya also left me very excited, the last Kirin coup was amazing, and now I'm looking forward to seeing Ayato using Ser Veresta, I can not wait for next episode ..

The RD and RMC fight was a little underwhelming, but they are saving up for next week I guess!

Fucker shadow dude hurting best girl Kirin. Good thing he got rekt. That Kirin sword style is beautiful. Also Ernesta got horny watching Ser Veresta.

Saya and Kirin's fight was a bit less exciting than when I read it, and they didn't really do well to explain the shadow spikes. They did well to save Flora, I just hope that they'll leave in Yabuki's scene with the ninja in the aftermath of the rescue (though considering how they left out Claudia's scene back from Volume 1 I'm a little apprehensive...).

Also I probably shouldn't be nitpicking, but RM-C's armor off moment should have been done like the novel to have made it more exciting. Ayato had actually predicted their fusion moment and started running at her to stop her from starting it off when RM-C flew in the air and started blasting the arena. Ayato got to her just in time to slash her badge off, but the armour had just flown off at THAT moment before attaching to AR-D. They got the order wrong and made it all less exciting than it should have been.

That said, it was another all-battle episode, so I won't complain much.

Conclusion of the battle next episode, so three episodes for the Lieseltania arc. Hopefully that sets things up for Season 3 and the Gryps Fiesta (they do have enough material for one already).

Two great battles so far, although I prefer Kirin and Saya's fight against the Shadow dude. His skills are formidable, but Kirin's projection skills got to him with ease, then Saya launched a well timed blast, sending our shadow guy into the rubble, potentially killing him too.

If he is, then I never would've expected Saya to go that far, but in that moment, it was the best choice she made for the best outcome possible in rescuing Flora and saving Kirin from further damage. Hopefully she'll be okay.

Despite her lack of screentime, Claudia knows how to use it well. Her appearance in the commentary booth to inform Ayato & Julis about Flora being safe was cool. Because of that, Ayato can now use his Ser Veresta at last. Let's hope he and Julis wins next week. =)

that annoying maid is back oh god

I think this final battle is not that bad comparing to previous, but agree that Kirin and Saya's are so much better. Rarely getting into soundtrack music so don't talk about it much, but this one is so primitive which is certainly not adding any point to the show.

The fight has been somewhat interesting. Thought the one with the shadow ninja has been better and they were able to save Flora. Good episode.

seriously, after this episode i'm confused to choose the best girl between kirin and claudia
