Glad to see Tamami being adapted this episode. The way he intimidates Koichi was quite something. I find it funny at how he's toying around with Koichi and feeling of guilt while also somehow getting his mom involved in the episode. Pretty entertaining. Koichi's pissed off face is awesome.  |

| Koichi really steals? No dignity. Loved Kobayashi's va and we finally have Super Saiyajin Koichi! Loved how people are just using their stands for their own selfish purposes as opposed to using it for assassin purposes (Stardust Crusaders, still love the part though). Surface hype next week. Pacing in this episode was perfect. For those using English Crunchy subs, just so you know... reverb is a synonym of Echoes, so the reference is still there. |
| That episode looked more beautiful than usual. The special effects they used for Echoes was fantastic too. I couldn't get a really good feel of the introduction of Echoes in the manga, but the anime did a fantastic job. One of the most unique stand fights in JoJo so far. Also wasn't expecting to see saiyan Koichi so early. I was expecting it in the fight after the next one. |

| The episode in which we finally learn that Koichi really steals. No dignity. I foresee people calling JoJo a DBZ rip-off thanks to Koichi and Echoes. Oh well. And while we're on the topic of Koichi's DBZ form, i gotta say, the shift in voice tone from pussy Koichi to SSJ Koichi is amazing, this VA truly is a man amongst men. Next week: /a/ and /r9k/ merged into a single character! The true hero of Part IV arrives! |

| Attack on Animals The stands are getting increasingly awkward. Koichi's Echoes stand looked and sounded nice though, and I liked how it was used to counter Kobayashi's annoying guilt stand at the end. I would've liked this episode more if Kobayashi had died. 4/5 |
| Glad David Production is doing such a great job at adapting one of my favorite manga. And, to be honest, I have to say that the anime has so far been better than the manga. |

| Look at that. Super Sayajin hair and even Koichi can be badass. I also love the soundtrack that started to kick in. Aside from the hair Koichi somehow reminded me of Gohan with the whole "I'll never forgive you". I hope he keeps this hair because it seriously makes him look so much cooler. |
| This episode shows just how much creative stands are in this part compared to part 3. Nice episode. Lol I really forgot a lot of things about the early chapters, I pretty much only remember the very noticeable things like Koichi hair and that Josuke saved them in the first half. I really don't like Koichi's character and it's only worse with Kaiji Yuki voicing him, everything else is good so w/e. |

Lots of cool shots in the episode but this was by far one of my favorite I really like how David Production has been handling the adaptation. They adapted 5 chapters in this episode but it all flowed so well. |
| Koichi just went full SSJ mode this time. His Stand was awesome. That Kobayashi guy was so hilarious despite being a jerk. His lock Stand was actually really creative. JoJo still being AOTS. I just cannot have enough with only one week :( |

| The pacing was a bit too fast, but it was a far better decision to squeeze this fight into one episode that horrendously spread out over two. The animation was on point, and the voice actors were at the top of their game. The voicework really made Tamami seem like a scumbag, and Koichi's voice actor was FAR more impressive as pissed off Koichi than whiny pathetic Koichi. I didn't think Romi Park could be topped, but it just may be possible. Kudos to David for doing one of the more forgettable fights in Part 4 justice. |

| I was pretty sure that Koichi will remain useless fight-wise for the entire series but no... surprisingly he can now activate SSJ and has quite good stand. It's hard to judge how strong that stand is though as it is extremely funky. At the same time though, this is the first time I saw anything similar to this so props for originality. |

The only stakes in the fight come when Tamami tries to get Koichi's mom to kill herself, which happens at the end of the fight. Otherwise, he's just trying to extort money from Koichi, which is hardly a "OH GOD I WONDER HOW THIS WILL TURN OUT" kind of deal. |
| I remembered why Araki writing gets better in further parts. That knife scene with the mom was cringey, as in it jumped from tense to stupid too fast. But you heard that Koichi OST? Amazing!!! DP did visuals in an interesting way this episode, and overall we get an introduction to Koichi's power, one of the coolest of the entire part. |

| Man, that Kobayashi was so annoying, he really got my blood boiling. He's the type of character that I can't wait to see his ass kicked. And what the hell, Koichi's mom? Believing some creepy stranger over your own son? This really stretched my suspension of disbelief to its limits. Thank god Koichi was a total badass this episode. The moments when he summoned his stand and when he told his mother to believe in him were EPIC. The music was really good too. The clever taunt at the end was just the cherry on top - just what that guy deserves. |

| Colour transition and style overload in this episode. They had a lot of fun with the background art in this episode, from the graffiti in the street to the Johnny's receipt scene. It's so good to see Echoes animated, his was always one of the most interesting powers of this part. Anime only viewers should keep an eye on Koichi and his development as a character ;-). As a sidenote I never was crazy about Romi Park's performance as Koichi in the games, but it'll be hard to believe that anyone could like her more than Yuki Kaji if he keeps up these performances. He suits Super Saiyan Koichi perfectly. |

| This episode is the first time I've ever given a single shit about Koichi. The VA is really bringing the character to life, and his stand power, like many others to come, really thrive when being fully animated as opposed to the sometimes convoluted manga panels with initially difficult to fully comprehend abilities like Echoes has. |
