| Tanaka's lucky that he has a friend like Ohta around, lol. I wasn't sure if it would be, but the first episode felt like an iyashikei, and even with new characters introduced, I think it'll still retain the same overall atmosphere, relaxing, and with light comedy. So we have two iyashikei this season that isn't CGDCT, I'm very happy. This was definitely cute and fun, and calmed my heart. Could definitely relate to Tanaka when he was talking about leaning his head on his hand, and how his arm would slip away, or his hand gets numb. Literally me throughout high school. |

| This show is godlike and so relaxing might as well could of added An Happy with this and Flying Witch to make the weekend nothing but chill shows. i can relate to Tanaka in a far lesser extreme way and i respect his dedication towards being listless like Ohta |

| This anime is hilarious. It has the same comedy as Daily Lives of High School Boys. I also keep picturing Orga and Mika from Iron-Blooded Orphans since Otah has Orga's voice actor so it's all the more amusing. |

| It was okay. It's probably one of the most boring slice-of-life series I've seen to date. The only time I laughed was when he screeched while the piano teacher was checking up on him. Other parts were pretty dumb. Am I still going to watch it? Yes. Because you don't have to think while watching this kind of show. |

| This was amusing. Tanaka is determined to do whatever it takes to laze around easily. Lol he went to p.e class so that he can become physically more stronger so that his arms don't sleep when he rests his head on them. And then he proceeded to give up because humans are too weak to handle french bread so they should coexist with the tough bread lol. Tanaka doesn't want to become the main character of his life because it's too much work. He'd rather have Ohta be the protagonist of his life story lol. Lol everyone thought that the things he was doing – not feeling like eating, then that screech in music class – were a sign that he was in love. But it turned out that he had a cavity in his tooth lol. This was quite nice. The OP was nice. The ED was okay too. The visuals are also quite nice. I'll keep watching this. Next Tanaka will be getting an apprentice lol. I liked how the next episode title was written. Tanaka fell asleep while writing lol. |

| I was up all night, and then I got up really early so I was tired when I watched this. I feel so much sleepier now. 3/5 Nothing happened but I enjoyed it a little anyway. |

| I feel like this would have been better suited as a shorter anime like half the length it is. The listlessness must have carried over to the animators and voice actors. Everything feels slow or basic. I liked it oddly but I feel like if it doesn't pick up a bit it may put me to sleep. |

| The manga is a masterpiece of humor and the anime does not disappoint. The lazy and slow atmosphere works perfectly and I'm looking forward to seeing more. No need to worry about this becoming a harem, guys, love is way too much of a pain for Tanaka to even bother. The supporting cast is rich in girls, sure, but the focus stays on Tanaka and Oota, like it should. I feel bad for the people who ship them though. It's so sad we live in times that made us forget friendship is not "below love", it's a different thing altogether. A thing just as great as love, if not greater. A rare, precious thing so few stories dare to focus on, since romance is so much easier to portray. A kiss here, a blush here, no personality or depth required. Not to say love can't be done well, but unlike friendship it doesn't have to try to get the point across. Bottom line - Oota and Tanaka are bros and turning it into a "ship" would make it much less. |
