I can pretty much tell how I am going to rate a series by the halfway point- plus or minus a point based on how satisfying the conclusion is.

I don't actually rate until I've finished though.

I can judge by the halfway point usually, but I hold off the score until I finish the show.

I usually MAL rate TV series after the third episode. But I also have a running average score for recent TV series which consists of the total episode average rating. If the total average reaches a certain point then the MAL rating gets adjusted up or down accordingly.

For adult OVAs though I usually make a note about rating each episode so that if I ever complete the series I can give an accurate rating on what I thought about it. It's too difficult remembering how I felt about earlier episodes when I might have watched them four months earlier or something like that. And most adult anime are pretty repetitive to begin with.

Okay... That sounds weird.

What I meant was, I won't rate it when I've seen 1 or 2 episodes, probably somwhere around 4-5. First episodes tend to be SO AWESOME, but the rest sucks, or the first episode is SO BORING and the rest is just amazing.

I do rate dropped shows. They probably deserve the sucky score.

This.

Usually after finishing a series. There are a few exceptions though.

I used to rate ongoings quite often, but after a while it just got to annoying to keep changing the score all the time.

I rate an anime instantly after having seen the 1st episode. Though after every episode I see, I ponder if there's any reason to raise or drop that rating. So I'm kind of comprising my rating as I watch the series.

Second that, my rating may change throughout the series with the end result being the final review score for the entire series.

That, and I rate drop/on-hold if it would require the show to jump on its head for me to change my mind about it.

Though I think 80-90% of the anime I rated on my list, have been rated on what I can remember, since I only joined last year.

Not until I've watched almost all the episodes. If there are 12 or 13 episodes I usually rate around episode 9 or 10. If it's 24-27 episodes I'll rate around 20-23. For the long ass shounen I'm constantly changing depending on how I like the filler content ^^

I usually wait till an anime finishes airing before I rate it, though I make exceptions for certain anime, such as JC-staff rom-coms, as they have a track-record of being nearly equally entertaining throughout for me.

After i finish it. But for ongoing anime, I rate it after it reaches half of its total episodes. Same case for anime that I dropped. I only rate it if I already watched half of its total episodes.

I always rate them after I finish the whole thing, but I do sometimes feel like I rate things a little high compared to others. I am sincere in my ratings though.......

I'll keep an ongoing rating in the back of my head as I'm watching the series, but I don't put it down on the list until I finish it off.

Only after I finish it.
And even then, I will not rate it immediately, but wait for at least a day, so I can think more clearly.

I rate it once I've seen a good chunk of the show. My ratings change after I'm finished the anime obviously.

I rate it as I add it, given that I have atleast watched 1 episode.
Then merely update it if I change my mind.
better or worse :)
I'd like to everything.

Its a simple question and no one seem to be confuse about the answer that they answered.....
Judging from the post here,The title should be "How would you rate your Anime"

Never? NEVER? NEVER?!

Then what does Black Lagoon: Roberta's Blood Trail do rated as a 10 in your currently watching list?

Hmm, good point. Well then there is an exception.
