Where does the second season end in the manga?

I'm extremely new to manga, and was thinking of my first read being the continued story of Spice and Wolf, and was wondering if anyone could direct me to what I should start reading if I wanted to pick up where season 3 left off.
Also this is my first time posting in this forum so forgive me if this is misplaced or incorrect in another way; thank you!
