| The question is not to know if it will be better than HF or when in summer. The real question is if they will adapted Miyuverse Shirou's flashback or not this summer or will we have to wait till spring 2017 Q_Q |

First season: Pretty nice with amazing fight scenes. 2wei: Even better with still amazing fight scenes. 2wei Herz: Sloooow start with tons of fanservice, but gets better in the last third and it's pretty awesome how they're still keeping the fight scenes consistently amazing. 3rei (manga): Oh my god, is this even still the same series? It gets unbelievably good unbelievably fast and with, believe it or not, even better fight scenes. |

I was expecting them to not mess up. Even then even before it started airing I was already talking about red flags like all newbie production staff,miura, etc. ANd I was one of the first to notice that something is wrong while others were still hoping that stuff would be put into "last episode of first cour or into second cour" etc. Again, back then they had cred enough for me to believe that they would not mess up something so high profile. Alas, even if I was not as hopeful as I was, it would not change the lack of quality and the complete and utter disappointment it brought. Just because you wait for something in more pessimistic mood, does not make the work better As for "hype"? I Never get hyped. Hype is stupid corporate invention to psychologically manipulate people. I always keep my mind objective and critical, not sugarcoating or deluding myself, as it is required in my dayjob too. If something stinks something stinks. Its the fault of the ones who made the mess. If something works something works. Right now Silverlink has not done anything to make me worry about the adaptation. In fact since end of Herz all they did was reassure me with everything they did be it a fight or an intense scene. There's no reason to worry about them "messing up" the adaptation or something, even if nobody knows what could happen. And Ufo did everything to make me not except anything from HF(if it ever comes out). |

| I believe that no matter how much you try to be objective, your mindset, preconceptions and expectations play a huge role in how you'll recieve a work. SL, as any other studio or any organization made up of humans really, WILL royally fuck up at some point. Big time. 2wei Herz ending won't even compare. It's the facts of life. There are hundreds of shows that are a thousand times worse than ufoUBW, but you won't feel towards most of them as you do towards it for obvious reasons. No, you don't hate it just because it wasn't to your standard of quality. There's a huge emotional baggage consisting of hopes and expectations messing with said objectivity. Coming into something pessimistically doesn't make it a better show, but it sure saves you a shit ton of mental energy wasted on anger or disappointment. Anyway, this isn't reallty a subject to discuss here, so this will be all for me. |

| It will be interesting to see how they handle this in all honesty. It's a big story, much larger than 2wei. I think you could probably make a split at chapter 11 for the first part if they stay with the 10 episode format. The next split I'm less sure about, but that's something to tackle later I suppose. Definitely the best of the source material in this third arc, so will be interesting to see it animated. At least for me it's on par with any of the main FSN routes. |

I do not know the exact mentality but I have observed over five shows over last few years alter their last episodes or end last episodes before the cliffhanger comes up. Unless its a split cour, cliffhangers are usually avoided. |
