My reasoning as to why:

For Chitoge vs Onodera, I'd go with Onodera. She basically serves as the moe-bait of Nisekoi, and seems pretty static. Chitoge's not desirable either, but she's had a little bit more development.

Haven't really watched Tokyo Ghoul or Naruto, so I can't say which of the female characters from teh show are worse.

Inori. Basically a poor man's Rei Ayanami mixed with fanservice bait. But at the end of the day, she's a lot more wooden than Louise, who is a gigantic idiot. So between the two, Louise would be worse.

I'd go with Miyuki. Miyuki's character is literally "Onii-sama! Onii-Sama!". Index at least has a personality, and didn't really bother me that much. Although I will admit Index has been pretty much shoved to the side.
