| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Ooh Eijun still making a strong presence on the field. The entire crowd got fired up (why shouldn't they be?) Good match as usual. I guess their coach's motivation speeches really worked lol. The ending though..I smell a comeback. |

Tojo or Haruichi need to hit one serious hit or else Seido's screwed T^T Gotta love how Coach Todoroki was sweaty and nervous as hell lol. He's such a fun coach. And Eijun just going in no stops has been amazing this match. And man I love Wakana way too much. She's so cute and her blush after she sent that message was so adorable <3 I need more of her and it's awesome to see that Eijun really keeps sending her everything in detail OTP <3 |

| Damn i sorta wish we could have seen more of his pitching instead of the music cue haha. Oh well. Still badass, and this feels like a remake of the last finals game vs Inashiro, except the other way around. |

| That was quite the valiant effort by the bottom of the lineup to be able to bat like that. Now for Tojo, Haruichi and most likely seeing Miyuki to also get to bat. It really is a now or never moment which just makes it harder to wait for the next episode. Liked how despite it being a tough moment for both teams, there are zero panic going on, in fact it fuels both teams to become very aggressive. |

Sucks that Kuramochi didn't get on base though, baseball is really a combination of skills and luck. Hopefully Toujou will get on base, and then Harucchi make it a miracle for the team. Let the underclassmen show off their skills :) Nice screentime for Asou too this episode. Not really one of my favorites since he's loud but not in a fun way like Eijun, but we got to see more of his struggles and motivation. He wants to be praised and seen, but he also realized that everyone else is working just as much, if not even more. Coach Todoroki did a great job with that talk, it's definitely more his style to just be honest about being nervous. Way to hype the team up. |

Would be just like the last time Seido played against Yakushi too. The ace comes on having recovered from his injury (mostly in this case) to finish the job. |

| of course miyuki is finally gonna deliver as the climax of the next game, i mean, its obvious right? right??? or is there a twist in there. not sure how im gonna take it if they lost the game with miyuki failing to perform on the plate at the very end. |

| I'm pretty sure Seido will win even if I wanted Yakushi to win as I like this team. Both Seido and Yakushi are great, though. Wakana is crushing on Sawamura but he's oblivious for now. I wonder if he will return her feelings someday. I personally prefer Haruno but I think Wakana will most probably be the one. |

But with the way things are going that little scenario i mentioned seems plausible. |

| Surprise surprise from Dia, that was absolutely adorable with Wakana. Lol @ the text message, Sawamura's in his own little world. I really liked that moment when Aso saw Maezono training. Just a reminder that the people who stand at the top work that much harder. Have to be honest, I'm really nervous now. As soon as Kuramochi got out, that sinking feeling from season 1's battle with Inashiro came back full force. Toujo's bringing it on, the outcome is so uncertain that it feels like praying would have an actual impact on it. |
