I really hate main characters that are scarred of killing etc so im looking for a mc that bascially can easily commit genocide and keep a smile on their face.
Examples would be hellsing ultimate and Code geass.

Hagure Yuusha no Estetica. Watching this show feels like you've just finished playing an RPG and beat the final boss, then just for fun you're taking that character back to the tutorial level to see how much tougher he is than everyone else around.
