Spice and Wolf
The only thing it's missing is another season, but the light novels and manga are amazing as well. They're finished and have all been translated as well.

Baccano!
It is absolutely amazing. However it can be hard to follow as it jumps between 3 different periods in time to tell it's story. It is also one of few English dubs were I recommend watching its dub version as well.
This anime is truly undervalued and I recommend it to everyone as a must watch.

Steins;Gate
Is the second one I recommend.

Some of the shows I have in my personal list are 10/10 in MY eyes because of how great they are and how much I enjoyed them.

With that being said here are some anime that I feel many others might consider 10/10

Series-
Cowboy Bebop
Clannad: After Story
Toradora

Movies-
Spirited Away
Princess Mononoke

Kill la Kill
Shoujo Kakumei Utena
NGE
FLCL.

They're all coming-of-age stories with mature and clever sexual subtext. I guess that's what I like.

Koizoimi needs some love, though :) And Daisuke Ono's voice acting was outstanding (indeed, all the va's were).

I agree, his best part was at the end of the movie. I wouldn't change anything in that movie though.

mahou shojou madioka magica, this anime you have to see, both the plot of the anime and the story unfold extraordinarily and the characters ( both antagonist and secondaries ( apart from the protagonists ) ) have an incredible background, no doubt it is an anime that will surprise you.

I recommend it.

Kuroko no Basket- would never have guessed I'd like a sports anime, this made me fall for the genre. One of the best shows I've seen on friendship and using competition to reconcile with others. Also just super cool action like scenes. I see you don't really have sports anime on your list, but if you like the competition style of Shokugki no Souma, you'd probably like this for the rivalries. I've re-watched this so many times, always makes me laugh

K- I think I wept more at the end of the first season of this than for almost any other anime. It has one of the best frenemy dynamics I've seen. Just watch it for the Blue and Red kings, not the annoying white haired guy

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei- a must if you like overpowered, conniving characters and the magic sci fi genre, unique fights

Grave of the Fireflies- one of Studio Ghibli's best, a real tearjerker, beautiful depiction of childhood and the loss of innocence post WWII, if you liked Your Lie in April and Kimi no Na Wa, you'll probably like its bittersweet feeling

Totsuka: Looks like everyone's having a great time tonight.
Anna: But they're fighting...
Totsuka: True. But doesn't it also look like they're dancing?

Gakkou Gurashi, for it's delicious dramatic irony and rewatchability, as well as being the best anime to watch with someone who has no idea what it is.

Shiki, for giving all of its many characters interesting arcs, and for managing to be terrifying with its themeing, in addition to its visuals.

March Comes In Like A Lion, for being an excellent look into depression, loneliness and ultimately overcoming it all, without ever slipping into melodrama.

Evangelion, for it's visual presentation and characterization.

All these shows are great in general, but these are the aspects that really elevated them to 10/10 for me.

Because I'm Shounen Trash:
One Piece, Hunter x Hunter and Gintama.

I also recommend Koe no Katachi and Anohana as other series I've given a 10.
