I don't think Alucard ever displayed a destructive power on a level that would threaten Saitama, nor has Saitama displayed any powers transcending physical/energy attacks that would harm a 'Schrodinger.'

I'd say it's a tie with a technical knock-out in Saitama's favour.

Alucard got wrecked by 5 guys with no super powers what so ever (and was just as strong back then as he was vs millennium aside for a couple hundred more familiars), and fully expected Anderson to be able to do the same solo.

Saitama would wreck his face. Even if you count epilogue Alucard it wouldn't make that much difference overall (and I would argue weaker since he only has 1 familiar left in the epilogue, a powerful familiar to be sure, but still only one). He'd most likely just hit him so hard it'd knocked the quantum physics right out of him, especially since Saitama's abilities are already in the realm of theoretical physics to try and explain.

The only real question is would he be able to do it without being serious or not. He could probably take Pre-epilogue Alucard without being serious since all pre-epilogue Alucard has is numbers, though Epilogue Alucard probably would require a serious punch.
