Can't help but feel the quality of the story has diminished since the first season but I'm hoping this one is better than the legion-mate arc and the first g arc

Has anyone got any idea if this is adapted from the manga? I recall the first season's anime differed quite a bit and I'm not exactly keeping up to date with it~
Doesn't appear to have a manga associated with it.

It would be quite late to adapt the manga, I'm pretty sure it will still be anime-original, juste like pretty much every season.

Cant wait to be over with G. With Aichi as protagonist is still better.

I'm not looking forward to this. I'm not even going to bother watching it. I couldn't even finish GIRS Crisis, and stopped watching it all together. G took everything I liked about Vanguard and spat on it. It feels like Bushiroad listened to the vocal minority who kept complaining how the OG cast lost so often. Well, here you go, a near-invincible protagonist, who wins most of his matches by sacking. The fights were taking up too much time for any character development? Well, here you go, the anime staff shrunk them to about 5-10 minutes while skipping key parts and neglecting to explain skills; just look at the pretty animation. What, some parts don't make sense? No, no, it does, don't think so hard. Also, for the character development with the space saved now, they just used common anime cliches, like a lonely boy who learns to make friends, a rich kid who loses his fortune, and a sister who's overshadowed by her older sibling. The staff delved a bit into each, but not too deep for any to hold any meaningful impact.

I understand, G was awful so far. They're just letting TRY 3 win. It was better when they had the manga for support but since it's all original now, it's shot downhill.

This one looks promising though. They've let TRY 3 win until this point, everything should be revealed with regard to plan G etc~ so now everyone's on 'equal' footing..

Well, I will be looking forward to Aichi being back. It looks like the sleeve of his white jacket in the scene with the hand giving the mug of coffee to Misaki in the preview. I'll be watching that moment at least.

Edit: Nevermind, it's Shin's hand. So, who knows when Aichi will be back again. Dang it!

Definitely hoping Try 3 hits more roadblocks this upcoming season. Just dominating Generation G was abysmal. Shion was really the only who suffered at least meaningful losses this past season.

It looks promising. The first ep is head first in Myoujin's HQ so that should be fun :3

I need to read the manga. According to the wikia, Ibuki also has a type of Psyqualia

And it seems this is based on the manga, or at least, there's a manga written alongside it~
