Just because you are lonely all the time, doesn't mean you want to be.

I know I hate people 90% of the time and like being alone, but even I enjoy talking to other people about certain things other times.

Nah, I don't believe any one really does. I would more likely believe that they were trying to rationalise their feelings of lonliness, rather than actually feeling okey. However, there is probably an exception to the rule as always.

I myself, is an introvert and I tend to think negative about most other people (at first) and I don't like big social groups. But even I feel a need to have at least someone around. I might be dangerous to myself otherwise. I don't get it why I don't trust other people. I even trust people online more, so something is wrong for sure.

The problem is that I suffer a severe case of hedgehog's dilemma. As soon as things get too close and I feel the heat. I will distance myself and put on a wall. It has to be on my terms or nothing, unfortunately.
I am working on it though and it is getting better. I've always had friends and a few good relatives around so I shouldn't complain really. But it feels like I am by myself even so, and that is because I keep this safe distance to people.

Idk if I enjoy being lonely, but I don't mind being alone. I don't feel a particular need to be in a relationship/have a close friend I talk to/etc. It's nice, but I feel fine without most of the time. That's how my summers usually are (this last summer being an exception). No one to talk to or do stuff with for the most part.

There are times when there's no way you need a time alone to think or something, I'm mostly alone lost in thoughts, you have people around you can be good from time to time for a few laughs etc.

Just cause your alone doesn't mean you are sad.
Some times being alone allows you to concentrate better, and focus on things you usually could not focus on with other people.
