| fell in love with this anime immediately, only knowing very few stuff about dragon ball franchise helped. and god the world is def something i can get lost in. i loved son goku he is adorable and possibly one of my favorite characters. Even Bulma, she is pretty hilarious cant wait to see where this adventure goes! |

Indeed, especially since it's essentially the same title broken under two different ones for TV but there are so many people, american or not, who prefer to start immediately with the "juicy" (supposedly superiour and more actiony) part. I actually met people (not children but late teens and adults) who absolutely wanted to start with Super (although this one is fairly disconnected from the others, it's still relying primarily on your "love" for the characters and the will to watch them a little longer). |

| I'm definitely looking forward to completing all of DB, such a big series, definitely in for the long run. The comedy at the cliff scenes reminds me of Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner. Gonna take a bit to adjust to the older sound and animation. |
| @Mattinator95 Original audio track has two advantages: - iconic voices, - and more importantly it keeps the jokes and other dialogs as much as it can and goes with an unedited video track. |

| I’m connecting to my Mexican roots and I’m going to watch dragon ball fully. This was a basic starting episode, but also funny. Was not expecting to see Goku fully naked or Bulma pulling a gun out of nowhere. 😭 As a side note, I love the ED theme. |
| Pretty fun and definitely silly. The humor is something else. I do enjoy the art of the Dragon Ball/DBZ characters. I've seen a few episodes but never watched it all in full or in order so it should be interesting. |
| Just rewatched it this morning, and man, this episode is maybe one of the most legendary of all time, it's maybe to anime what Donkey Kong's 1981 Arcade Game is to video game or what Star Wars IV is to cinema. The beginning of a great adventure. |
