| That goblin fight scene was so intense and eye-opening? When I play games, I never really think about the monsters I'm killing. Imagine virtual reality, the future, where you can actually feel the bones through your weapon, and blood dripping from your hands. Just wow. Much impact qq The insert song was long, but it was nice. An escape from the witnessed gruesome reality.. as well as acceptance? Anyways, so glad they skipped the fanservice at the end =w=;; Ranta started it, but nothing was shown. Thank goodness. |

| pretty good one, slow for sure, but it matches the animation style the ost...not that the ost is bad but it just like they can't pay the VA for that 5-6 minutes for me, the beauty of this show is because it's like watching something like Monster Hunter's in the real sense, not exact but it's there 4,5/5 |

| Though it started off pretty strong with the goblin fight, this episode felt like it dragged on with nothing remotely interesting happening. The insert song in particular felt forced and overlong, and the dialogue was as bland as last episode's. For a show that focuses so much on its characters talking, the sub par dialogue is unfortunate. The background art is still neat, so that's a plus. Other than that, this show feels pretty average. |

| Wow this was a beautiful episode, I loved the montage bit with the insert song playing depicting the character's interactions and the world they live in now. Quite sentimental I must say~ The visuals look really beautiful too, matching well with the soothing ost, making it touching. Chars are quite likable and fun too. OP song sounds nice! |
| Well damn doesn't this make you see the reality in these sort of things. But still did they really waste money on a hair clip for that girl? That noob battle. When they let the sword fall near the unconscious goblin i just knew it was still alive. I mean they didn't even do a proper kill, how wouldn't you think that maybe it just got knocked out? They're so noob (or just dumb/careless) If they weren't all MCs they'd be dead by the next episode. Looking forward to episode 3. I have a feeling Manato is gonna die. :( Don't want him too, he's not as pathetic. Hope my hubando doesn't die too. Such good husband material, sewing, cooking, sweet personality. lol. |

| I like this anime it's calming and somewhat realistic with the way the characters act. The goblin fight looked interesting and it showed how hard it is to kill something, tho ones that first kill is made killing becomes easier. And they will get more skilled at it as well so they should be able to make some more money. Still their having a hard time with their living. It also seems like they are going for a Yume x Haruhiro couple here. They look nice together. |
| I'm really liking how they're showing the emotional aspects in that world. It's not just needless killing and such. When they killed that goblin it took a toll for everyone. It's one of my favorites this season. Keep it up! :) |

| I looove the art style, it's really appealing to me :D The goblin battle was intense and something you don't see very often and two thing I noticed were that goblin didn't turn into million shiny squares that drift into the sky which was good for a change, it was real flesh and blood and with it it comes to another one and that is the goblin actually fought for it's life to a point that I almost felt sad for him haha. The song was nice maaybe a bit too long but the scenes were all nice so it kinda evens out for me and of course little lighthearted jokes at the end ^^ |

| This episode was very good. We all think that if we would got stuck in an RPG we would know what to do. But this episode showed exactly the opposite. We all will have problems at the beginning and the most important thing: we will have to take a very huge step by accepting and understanding the fact that we will hve to kill. A lot. Also, I like that the anime is not rushed. |
| The Insert Song part was amazing, setting the mood and the universe in a really nice way, I haven't watched that many anime doing that kind of bold move early on and doing so well. Don't know why but on the first few minutes I mixed Haruhiro and Manato's voice, Haruhiro has a deeper and more mature voice, my inner voice tells me it should be the other way around ? |
| is this a 24-ep. anime, because they really do take their time....(not necessarily bad) nevertheless good. the world feels real and breaks with many of the usual stuff from mmorpg anime - this could also work as a normal fantasy one. how big is the chance that one group member dies? |

| It looks like this will be a slow paced show, but I'm certainly not bothered by that at all. I still really adored this show's realism to their situation. They're complete amateurs when it comes to fighting, surviving, and killing. It makes it all so fresh as compared to other fantasy shows where they pick it up in 10 minutes. The insert song was really pretty, I wasn't bothered by its length like some people. It was sort of a reflection time for the group after their first kill. The kill itself was a powerful emotional moment, as they all realized how brutal it all is. Dang, no smoking hot Barbara this week. |
| Wait a whole week and only get 5 minutes of actual episode, nice. Episode was going okay until that completely out of place insert song came along. That's the kind of thing you'd expect to see after a major event really far into a series, or even at the finale. Not the second episode. It wouldn't have been so bad if it didn't drag on and on and on and on. And of course we were treated to yet another spectacular conversation. This time, whether we should be a peeping Tom or not! By gosh, the writing for this is truly inspirational. |

| The soundtrack of the battle scenes could not be worse, it's completely unfitting to what they're trying to show us. Still, it's a good episode 6/10. |

| Loved the atmosphere during the conversation between Haru and Manato at the start. The montage scene was nice too. But what takes the case was definitely the fight against the goblin. Not so much because it was an action scene as much as the intensity of the situation. Damn I actually felt bad for the goblin. He was desperate for his life. I've never seen a goblin fight so intense. They're gonna need some serious leveling up not just strength wise but mentally too if killing one Goblin made them feel like shit |

| this anime becoming interesting I liked how they added some brutality with killing goblin, also i liked slow paced. when i was watching any anime with mmo or games stuff , somehow i don't feel characters being serious, u know it's game no one die , even if they can die the fact they know it's not a real world give feeling of carelessness , this was first time i feel with characters , this was just fun to watch , maybe the fact that they don't remember anything about real world was the best story build ever i seen in this types of animes , i hope they will continue at this rate. look like there a lot Complaining about story pacing and story development , well I'm guessing it's a typical day inside MAL forms @_@ |

| I'm okay with the pacing, although it's really a shame that this is only gonna be 1-cour. As a reader of the LN I wish the anime had more time to show the great LN that it's adapting but whatever, life's just like that :/ Also dang, that foreshadowing in the OP. Not that anyone other than LN readers would note it xD |
