This episode wasn't that bad. Too bad I have to wait months to re-watch it in Japanese.

Japanese Episode 22

Thrill seeking with Rebecca. As much as I love the girl this episode did seem a bit less interesting than usual, maybe I just wasn't in the right mood. Still good of course. Poor girl, thinkin' she could capture Lupin, or maybe she never did, who knows? I did love that cleaning bet Lupin had with Jigen though. For a guy too lazy to clean up after himself he sure put in alotta effort for such a trivial reason. :D

Lookin' like our climactic showdown with Da Vinci begins next week...lookin' forward to it!

Rebecca looked hot this episode.

While I find her a bit childish at times, I think her role was entertaining this episode. I still like Fujiko more though but she definitely has her own style of doing things. Oh and I think Rebecca's butler is quite an underrated character. Glad to see that he got a decent amount of screen time this episode.

Lovely episode. Rebecca showing herself to be the spoiled child that she is, but was still cute nonetheless. She's still a hundred years too young to compete with Fujiko though.

Loved their card conversations, though it begs the question: How did Rebecca manage to get into those safes BEFORE Lupin did to set up those traps?

Loved how Fujiko too the dollar bill with the lipstick kiss mark at the end lol

Overall this episode took a different turn with the relationship between Rebecca and Lupin and her butler and it was pretty sweet to see

That back and forth that she had with Lupin was funny too

Rebecca's butler really is the real MVP! He puts up with so much craziness and still works hard for Rebecca, haha.

The scene while chasing the train in Lupin's Fiat was excellent. I felt like I was watching a Lupin movie.

Tbh all of this could be avoided if they wear earplugs xD

I wonder why Nix's family back to normal at same time as Nix
Zenigata and the polices too
Those normal people pass but not Rebecca apparently

Da Vinci said he would "redesign" the world, and so he put his plan into action. He implanted himself on every single person of Italy, making use of the "Dream of Italy" in a way, to judge if they were worth of living in his new world or not. Having their personality, their very selves, erased if they don't pass his "test." Amazing, and "kind of" insane. He is right though, the world is made by people and we have a lot of potential, but his way of making a new world is too extreme. Does he really have the right to judge others like this?

Jigen, Goemon, and Fujiko were really cool, and had no problem to pass, even if they weren't as fast as Lupin, the "first guest." Zenigata, and Nyx managed to pass too, becoming a "part of Da Vinci's new world," but Rebecca failed, and now she is about to be erased forever. But I believe in Lupin when he says that there's nothing he can't steal. I wonder if he is only helping Rebecca, or if he is trying to save everyone who wasn't deemed worthy. xD

I wonder if they knew Liam Neeson made Non Stop in 2014. Also, that car is indestructible.

Italian Episode 23: Non-Stop Rendezvous.

Considering the 60's Fiat 500 used about 13" wheels, it sure is able to handle those railway sleepers and tracks with surprising ease.

I like how even in this 2015 version, the characters try to swim through the air :P Also, nice bullet time.

Leonardo da Vinci, and with him the main plot is back. Finally.
Goemon trying western fencing style for a change. And wins :).
Sadly, Rebecca wasn't so lucky. Hopefully she won't stay empty shell forever.

The grand finale is approaching. It's going to be interesting.
