K-ON!
| So I'm planning to get into this series soon, but I don't understand the massive hate of this franchise. Why do people hate K-On series? |

| I started watching it some days ago, and it's okay in my opinion. Not really my kind of anime, but it's certainly not bad enough to hate on. |
| It is good at what it does but a lot of people don't like what it does. And because it is popular many still watch it. And disliking something isn't edgy enough so they 'hate' it. |

| K-On! is great. Probably the best anime with a school setting. |

| It's a fairly average moe anime. Non Non Biyori gets much less hate because it's a better anime. Hibike Euponium is fairly similar but it's also done better than K-On!. |

| I heard they hate K-on because fans of K-on say is one of the best shows in the last 10 years and people that dislike moe often get mad because of that other reasons is because they think that a show about cute girls doing cute things isn't that good so they shit on it there was a reviewer that said that K-ON is shite because it didn't have risk or no life's were in danger to be honest I watched the first 5 episodes and even though its not my kind of show I can understand the appeal and why people like it , it has lovable characters and its relaxing |

| Normally I hate when people say this but it's usually because they don't get it. And don't worry. I get why you don't get it. Some people need crisis, robots, explosions, hot sweaty chicks leaving basically nothing up to the imagination, bad ass fights(with swords). Some don't. |
