What are your thoughts on this? Happens every year bruh. First week of january everyone's at the gym, then a month passes, and gym returns to it's standard capacity..

Discuss.

Also, bookstores are crowded as fuck as well.

I go to the gym late so it's not a problem. Plus my gym is a private gym :)

But if people want to workout and get healthy that's fine. I just hate when people at the gym come up to me and ask me for help....

Some 250lbs Fat ass guy: My New Years Resolution is to go to the gym and finally lose some weight.

*Weeks later*
That 250lbs guy goes back to jerking off and playing video games.

Repeat process every year.

That's how I see it.

Yeah, don't go to gyms.

Use your own body and the earth for exercise.

By Feb half of the new ones will be weeded out. They're all retarded as hell. Worst month of the year to work out.

Not looking forward to this, but at least it'll be back to normal soon. Might as well work out in my condo for the time being, or go at 11 pm when I usually do, looool.

No need
Just do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats and run 10km everyday.
I've been here way too long...

Yeah it's always crowded for a few weeks. I guess you can't blame people for at least starting. I have seen a lot of regulars make it uncomfortable for new people who start that in January, or at least make a point to mention it out lout when walking by them. Somewhat rude.

I don't go to a gym anymore. None of what I do to exercise requires it.

I think that's something we should start doing.

Shame the noobs, tell them to GTFO and come back once they've learned proper technique/worked out at a $10 gym.

yes this happens at my college every new semester. it's cool though. i mean people get busy, life throws new things at you. if i could find time to go to the gym regularly that would be awesome but it's not my top priority in life at the moment lol

Isn't it obvious?

Fat fucking people's new years resolution is to become super fit.
One week at the gym, then back to being fucking fat.

No self control, no will, no future. MAL in a nutshell.

Gyms are overrated, just the sheer amount of house chores to do after celebrating is enough to shed me a pound or two.
